i am thinking of buying some gun for guns for the security personnel that i have employed for my home and family. As the personnel are not from any security companies they don't have any and i would like to buy them them one. What could be the best guns for this purpose and would it be legal or should i take anything like as permissions.

A good gun for this is completely dependent on the situation. If you need something for a plantation such as a medium to long range area, you would want an assault rifle like an AR or AK system. For close range, IE around the home (depending on how big it is) would be a pistol.

As far as the legality issues, It is dependent on where you live. I would definitely look into it though.

So you are employing unlicensed and untrained people to be your security and you want to arm them? If you are going to throw caution to the wind I guess buy them a Rock River Arms Beowulf. Go big or go home.

Very good point. Definitely not a good idea if they aren't trained or licensed.

And wow, when you suggest a firearm, you suggest a firearm.

All sarcasm aside, there a number of factors you need to consider if you are going to have armed security following you around.
1) Where will you most likely encounter problems? Urban environment? Rural environment?
2) Do you live in a place that allows open or concealed carry?
3) What if any training do these "security" personnel have?
4) What weapon if any are they COMFORTABLE and PROFICIENT with?
5) What range do you expect a possible engagement to occur?
6) What time of day do you think has the highest probable chance of an encounter? Night or day?

Answer these questions and THEN start looking into weapons that will fill the needs you have.
