I found this video http://www.hulu.com/watch/196879/fat-head and it's basically trying to prove the documentary about the guy who ate McDonalds every day for a month wrong. It makes some pretty good points about the saturated fat controversy. Thought some people here might be interested.

That is pretty interesting. I've heard of that documentary, but never saw it. I'll have to check both of them out.
